Special Notice to APA Members
Beginning July 1, 2015, the Allied Pilots Association (APA) will discontinue its long standing association with Aviation Medicine Advisory Service (AMAS). This member benefit will no longer be available through AMAS.
Upon request and submission of a signed medical release from an APA member, AMAS will electronically transmit all records on hand for that pilot to Ms. Marsha Reekie in the APA Aeromedical Department (email@example.com) within 3-5 business days from request. APA members can complete and submit the General Medical Release form located under our Medical Forms & Releases section, linked here.
AMAS is happy to continue providing aeromedical assistance and consultation to any current or former APA member through our normal individual fee for service business. Please feel free to contact us for specifics or if we can assist.
We value our longstanding association with APA members and it has been our pleasure to serve the membership. Our experienced, board certified Aerospace Medicine physician staff and nurse case managers stand ready to provide confidential aeromedical assistance and advice should the need arise.
